By using the services or products on apnlink.net (hereinafter referred to as "Services", "Products", including servers, VPS), you agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). This Agreement is between you, your organization (if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization), collectively referred to herein as "User", "you" or "your" (with appropriate pronouns), and apnlink.net (herein referred to as When using Apnlink, "we", "we" and "our").
We value our users' privacy and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. Please see the Privacy Policy for more details.

Apnlink agrees to provide your services subject to your full compliance with our Terms of Service. Apnlink reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service to any potential user and/or refuse to renew service to any existing user. If you have purchased our products, it is deemed that you understand and agree with the contents of these terms. If any disputes arise due to failure to comply with these terms during use, Apnlink does not assume any liability beyond the terms, and the user shall be solely responsible. If you have any questions about the Apnlink service terms, you can send a work order for consultation, which will help protect your consumer rights on the Apnlink service platform.
Apnlink service content
After the user completes the payment normally, Apnlink will provide the user with the product content described in the order in accordance with the user's order requirements, maintain the normal operation of the product and provide stable services to the user.
User Obligations
1. Email is an important channel for the Company to communicate with users. All notices from the Company, including but not limited to service activation, suspension, stop, recycling, network cutover, attack alarms, etc., are first sent to users through this channel. Therefore, users Obliged to maintain the latest email information in the company's system.
2. Any activities carried out by users using the Apnlink service shall comply with the local laws of the data center and shall be monitored and licensed by the relevant departments of the country/region where the product is located. It is prohibited under any circumstances to use our company's products to publish content that infringes on the legal rights (including intellectual property rights) of others. Regulations that need to be followed include but are not limited to the following regulations:
a. "Computer Crime Ordinance"
b. "Electronic Transaction Ordinance"
c. "Unsolicited Electronic Message Regulations"
d. "Personal Data/Privacy Regulations"
e.Copyright Ordinance
Users are requested to review and check whether they violate the above laws.
3. Apnlink prohibits users from using our company’s resources for the following purposes:
a. Sensitive political purposes;
b. Any hacker, Trojan horse, virus and other attacks;
c. Place all illegal content such as fraud, phishing, pornography, gambling, violent coercion, inciting hatred, counterfeiting of brands, etc.;
d. Place any unauthorized intellectual copyright, including but not limited to books, music, software, and videos;
e. Send spam;
f. Renting or opening a VPN to carry out cross-border telecommunications business operations in violation of regulations;
g. Any behavior that may cause Apnlink to suffer online retaliation or affect other users
h. and any other content that violates local national laws and involves any criminal offenses.
Service Term
Apnlink will provide services to users from the date the user completes payment until the user applies for delisting, is in arrears, does not renew, or forgets to renew and is canceled.
Technical Services
1. Apnlink provides free system reinstallation for each server once a month. If the limit is exceeded once, Apnlink will charge a reinstallation fee of 30 yuan each time.
2. Users can choose Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu and other Linux systems through the system options of the product. For the Windwos series, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, etc. can be selected (self-activation is required).
Disclaimer
1. Apnlink is not responsible for any of the following situations:
a. Product inaccessibility (use) or data loss due to user arrears, non-renewal or forgetting to renew.
b. Inability to access (use) the product or loss of data due to improper user operation or other related behaviors.
c. Loss of access or data loss caused by the user's website content or usage behavior violating the user's obligations in these Terms.
d. Inability to access or data loss caused by major abnormal social events such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, riots, etc.
e. Inability to access or data loss caused by earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, waves, floods, locust plagues, storms, hail, sandstorms, volcanic eruptions, landslides, avalanches, mudslides and other serious disasters.
f. Due to reasons beyond our control that lead to widespread Internet transmission failures, such as telecommunications infrastructure failures caused by disasters, man-made sabotage, and war; affected by large-scale network failures caused by hacker attacks.
g. Product configuration, upgrade, and maintenance require short-term service interruption;
h. Service interruptions caused by network cutover by operators, power cutover by computer rooms, etc.;
2. Apnlink reserves the right to do the following when receiving complaints or government and court orders:
a. Receive a government order to shut down the product or IP address used by the user;
b. Receive relevant documents from the court or investigation agency, and need to follow instructions to provide corresponding data, evidence or even close user services;
c. After receiving a complaint from a third party or a lawyer’s letter and evidence submitted by a lawyer, the user’s product needs to be shut down and evidence preserved;
d. When Apnlink’s network security department receives a complaint from a third party or IP management department, it will stop the abuse of IP addresses;
e. When Apnlink’s network security department proactively detects a user’s illegal attack behavior, it will terminate the user’s product or network connection;
f. When Apnlink’s upstream supplier is complained or investigated due to a user’s information content or behavior, Apnlink must provide necessary cooperation, including but not limited to submitting evidence or cutting off the user’s use;
3. If the user violates the above relevant terms, Apnlink will stop its service operation, and no refund application will be given for all funds. Apnlink reserves the right to delete services, suspend services, and delete user accounts.
4. Apnlink has no obligation to review whether users have compliance permissions. Any economic, political, legal disputes and other issues caused by users' business activities shall be resolved by the users themselves and bear all responsibilities. Users must agree that if the above events occur, Apnlink will not have any responsibility or liability for this or to third parties.
5. We provide different types of bandwidth, please choose according to your own needs: Mainland optimized bandwidth includes the highest quality Internet lines directly connected to the computer room by China's three major operators, and also includes access to international and local routes in the computer room. It can ensure the line availability and access quality of global users accessing the computer room to the greatest extent. Omnidirectional bandwidth includes the ordinary lines connecting China's three major operators to the computer room, and also includes access to international and local routes to the computer room. Omnidirectional bandwidth can provide users with direct routes to the computer room from all over the world, including mainland China, but the access quality (including Delay and packet loss rate) are affected by line congestion, and consistent access quality cannot be fully guaranteed during peak usage periods. The international bandwidth includes the local and international route coverage of the computer room, but does not include the direct routing lines connecting China's three major operators to Hong Kong. Therefore, the international bandwidth only provides direct routes to access the international and local computer rooms. The access routes in mainland China are It may be detoured to a third place, so neither delay nor packet loss rate can be guaranteed.
5. In response to problems in the computer room and lines, including access delays, packet drops, inaccessibility and other unstable situations caused by domestic and foreign network operators, Apnlink will assist in providing analysis evidence and will not make compensation or refunds, but will We will fully cooperate with the network operator to assist and solve the problem as soon as possible.
6. Apnlink provides server rental services. We reserve the right to recycle resources due to adjustments by upstream operators, adjustments to our own business, etc. Resources include but are not limited to IP, bandwidth and server hardware. We will try our best to negotiate and communicate with users and provide corresponding replacement, transition and other plans.
7. If a user's IP is blocked or becomes popular due to their own business, we will not provide IP replacement services.
8. After the service is delivered, the user is solely responsible for the security of the system. We are not responsible for data loss due to hackers, own operations, account theft, etc.
Network and IP abuse (Abuse)
Apnlink does not condone or authorize any form of network and IP abuse, including but not limited to denial of service attacks, phishing, port scanning, SYN flooding, etc. In addition to the detection results of Apnlink's network security department, Apnlink will also handle the Abuse email sent by the upstream operator in accordance with the "Penalty Notice Regarding Abuse Complaints about IP Abuse", including but not limited to:
1. Any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerabilities of the system or network;
2. Launch attacks, including but not limited to, SYN floods, deliberate overloading of systems and broadcast attacks;
3. Password blasting/hijacking, security vulnerability scanning and port scanning;
4. Use the network unreasonably and cause interference to other users;
5. Infringement, including but not limited to unauthorized intellectual copyrights such as books, music, software, videos, etc.;
6. Phishing, fraud and other content;
7. Send spam;
8. Dissemination of obscene material or child pornography
9. Conduct or participate in illegal gambling
10. Solicitation of pyramid and other illegal schemes.
Data Security
1. Since computer hard drives and storage devices are consumables, even in a hardware RAID10 environment, there is no guarantee that there will be no failures 100%. Therefore, users are responsible for their own data security, and Apnlink strongly recommends that users perform regular data backups;
2. Apnlink is not responsible for compensation for data loss due to hardware failure or user abuse, but we will fully assist users in recovering data and solving problems. If user data is lost due to operational errors by our staff or other reasons, we will actively negotiate with users, restore data, and provide users with a satisfactory solution depending on the specific situation.
Payment and Refund Policy
1. Users are responsible for following up on the bills in their accounts and renewing services. When the service expires, the user's business will face the risk of service suspension, business cancellation, and data loss;
2. Once the service expires, your account will be suspended or deleted. Apnlink has the right to delete service data without notifying the user. We do not assume any responsibility for the resulting data loss;
3. Apnlink does not support refunds for reasons not caused by us, including but not limited to regular selling products and event special offers.
Discounts and price adjustments
Apnlink reserves all rights to make offers and adjust prices. When product prices change, they only apply to new orders and cannot be applied to existing orders and current businesses. Apnlink reserves the right to modify the product system and prices at any time without notifying users.
Liability for breach of contract
1. If a user violates the user obligations in these Terms of Service, Apnlink will directly delete all the user's information without providing any form of backup or compensation.
2. If a user violates these terms of service and results in serious consequences or adverse effects, Apnlink will not only delete the user's data, but will not provide backup or compensation. Apnlink will also actively cooperate with the relevant departments and provide relevant information to the relevant departments as a evidence.
3. The referral plan is a recommendation from one natural person to another natural person. If we find that we have recommended ourselves, we have the right to clear your referral information.
Account and others
1. Users are responsible for protecting the security of their accounts and regularly changing their account passwords. Apnlink is not responsible for any losses caused by leaks of account passwords.
2. The account balance can be used to consume all Apnlink products, and the user account balance cannot be withdrawn;
3. Our product prices are excluding tax.
4. Users are responsible for keeping their billing information with Apnlink up to date and accurate. Providing false data in any contract or application, including fraudulent use of credit card numbers, Apnlink reserves the right to immediately suspend the user's service content and may subject the offender to civil or criminal liability. Apnlink reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any use of the Services violates these Terms, including but not limited to those mentioned above that violate these Terms of Service.
Terms of Service Changes
Apnlink reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. Apnlink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. These Terms are effective immediately upon the posting of each change, and any use of the Apnlink Network and Services following the posting of any changes will be deemed acceptance of those changes. When we make changes, we will revise the last updated date at the bottom. We recommend that users check this page frequently to stay informed of the latest regulations. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to periodically review the latest Terms of Service.
